Panel dedicated to the implementation of brands and materials in architectural and interior design projects, with a focus on long-term sustainability and quality after the expiration of the legal guarantee. We will discuss the challenges when brands disappear from the market, but systems and materials remain in the building, and how much attention designers, investors and manufacturers pay to the "invisible" elements of a building that are crucial for long-term functioning. The panel deals with the essence of architectural expression in a time overloaded with form, information and aesthetics. Through examples from practice and theory, the conversation will open the question of how much reduction today is a matter of choice, and how much is a necessity of responsible and thoughtful design. A special focus will be on contemporary architectural trends, the decision-making process and the way in which the architect's personal stamp is built through the clarity of the concept and the discipline of expression. The focus is on the clarity of the concept, the rationality of the space, and the values that remain when everything is removed.
